Do not use these guys. They are complete cowboys. I arranged for them to turn up at 8.30 one morning to fix an issue I was having. At 10am they still hadn't showed - I called, the engineer was unable to attend that day. The next evening they came out to fix the issue. I paid thinking that was the end of the problem. The next day the issue was still there. I called to get them out again - we arranged for them to come at 5pm the next day. At 5.45 they still hadn't showed and had made no effort to contact me. When I called I was told that again the engineer was unable to turn up. I asked to speak with the manager - I was told I was speaking with the manager. He offered no explanation for the delay and then hung up the phone. I called again and was told I needed to get someone else out to solve the problem - he hung up again. Please do not make the same mistake I did and get these guys to do work for you. I think these guys also go under the name of polbuilduk Ltd..
