Compared to other lettings agents in the area, they weren't trying to scare us with the current market landscape or tell us that we couldn't afford what we were looking for. Adam was great in setting up and showing us the properties, answering all of our questions (there were a lot!), reassuring us that we would be able to find the right flat for us, and taking us through the process of putting an offer down and beyond.
