It was my second time attending Be Perfect Salon. My hair stylist was Silvia a wonderful and friendly woman who owns the salon. Attending my second visit was an interesting time as Silvia double booked and during the time I was there she was also overseeing someone else. Was getting my roots done and as arrived Silvia got to work on my hair with the colour. At times has to wait whilst another customer was being served and this delayed me a bit as needed to be somewhere. Would describe the service experience as positive and would recommend the salon. Just note you might be waiting if there is a double booking. My hair was left looking amazing. Very happy!
This place is amazing. Silvia is amazing and the ladies are very welcoming and friendly. I have had my hair colored and cut several times and I always get compliments each time. I definitely recommend this salon. The prices are good as well.
Had a cut, blow dry and deep conditioning treatment. The conditioning was fine, the haircut was below average (when I got home I saw lots of random bits sticking out/ longer than other bits) and the blow dry was really quite bad. She blamed it on my hair (it’s quite fine) but ive never had a hairdresser not be able to do a simple blow dry on me before (and I also can do myself perfectly fine every week). I asked for it to be bouncy and framing my face, and I left with it looking like my hair when it air dries at home ie completely flat. I’m really not one to complain (this is my first google review) and I know small businesses are struggling right now, but I feel slightly frustrated that I chose to spend my money here rather than any other of the local hairdressers, whom I’m sure would have done a really good job and work really hard.
